In 2002, Moon Beever was first recognised as an Investor in People. The firm was very proud back then and still is as it is seen as a great achievement.
"Recognition" is for a maximum of 3 years from the original anniversary date, and the firms' most recent assessment took place in March 2009. Moon Beever was once again recognised as an Investor in People to the latest standard after formal interviews of randomly picked staff by the assessor and investigations into the day-to-day running of the firm.
Particularly highlighted by the assessor were the firm's involvement of staff in planning and development and its investment in training.
Moon Beever was also awarded the Lexcel accreditation in March for a further three years and so are extremely proud of our achievements in reaching and sustaining the high standards needed to achieve both accolades.
