At the inaugural Insolvency and Rescue Awards held at Grosvenor House on 30th October Moon Beever was honoured to win one of only two awards, which were available for solicitors - Insolvency Litigation Team of the Year.
The ceremony was attended by almost 500 Insolvency professionals and the awards were presented by Dominic Holland.
Head of Insolvency and Debt Recovery Frances Coulson, who collected the award on behalf of the firm, said, "All of us are very thrilled that an independent panel of Judges from the Insolvency Industry chose Moon Beever. It is a testament to the quality of work we always try and undertake for our clients and our commitment to the Insolvency profession. But we will not rest on our laurels and we will strive to improve our services to all our clients over the coming year."
The award comes shortly after the firm was awarded the contract to collect all book debts and administer Income Payment Orders and Agreements for the Insolvency Service throughout England and Wales in a competitive tender. Frances Coulson has also recently been elected Chairperson of the Smaller Practitioners Group of R3 as part of her role on R3 Council.
